With the room there is LCD TVs/DVD, Broadband Internet access (LAN or wifi) Also the rent includes free local and national calls, council tax, water and a weekly cleaner! The kitchen is clean and fully equipped with large fridge/freezer, washer/drier and all the appliances you would need. There is also a beautiful garden with BBQ & shed. The house is in a great location in a quiet road, only 10 minutes walk to the town centre also a great bus service (every 7mins). The bus stop is around corner at the junction of Tilehurst Rd & Cranbury Rd (Bus# 31 or 33). I am a private landlady, not an agency, I do not live in the house but take pride in providing a homely, comfortable place to rent. I only ask for a months deposit.
